Display the Bidswamp™ banner
Display a Bidswamp Banner on your Ad Space linking to your auction page. This could potentially attract some targeted visitors to your auction page as well as increase trust with potential Buyers by confirming site ownership/control.
Auction titles
Keep auction titles short and descriptive (eg: Natural Remedies - 24,000 visitors for 3 months).
Additional fields
Use additional fields to add important information about the Ad Space. You may even add a hyperlink as one of the fields linking to your analytics eg. Website - www.mysite.com (no HTML required). Below is a list of a few examples:

Descriptions
Add a spiel about your website. You may even add a little information about yourself, your business, visitors, target market and/or even list some advantages of advertising on your site. Here you can also add a link to your analytics (try to upload analytics onto the domain which the Ad Space is listed). Also be sure to list all terms and conditions here.
Displaying analytics
Analytics are used to monitor incoming traffic to websites. At Bidswamp you have the opportunity to display visitor statistics to better promote your Ad Space.
Note: Publishers are not allowed to divulge visitor statistics which may personally identify their visitors. This would constitute a serious breach of privacy. We reserve the right to remove such information from listings.
What tools are available?
There are a range of free tools you many use to display visitor count statistics and trends. These may be uploaded as auction images on Bidswamp or you may wish to upload documents such as PDF Google Analytics reports onto your server and link to them from your listing item description. Many hosting companies provide server logs/statistics such as Webalizer for free as part of hosting plans, these are usually accessible using the hosting control panel. If you'd like to upload your statistics from a web page using your browser simply click File > Save Page As (make sure to save the type as Complete Web Page) then copy the saved HTML file and folder onto your server and provide a link to it in your item description. Alternatively below are several links to websites which offer server logging/statistics services:

What is needed to implement these tools? Generally a piece of code is added to your pages in order to activate reporting. Each website gives instructions on setting up these features.
StatCounter is generally the most simple method of gathering statistics, allowing you to add reports to all types of pages including blogs such as:

It is your responsibility to market your Ad Space and to establish a reputation and trust among Advertisers.
Get verified
Becoming a Verified seller gives you extra recognition by showing customers that your identity has been verified by Bidswamp.
Once you become a Verified Seller, you receive the Verified Seller seal beside your username site-wide, providing buyers with increased confidence in dealing with you.
How do I become a Verified Seller?
If you are already a member, upon making your first listing, you will be prompted to become verified. If you are not a member, you must first register.
You will need a current PayPal or credit card account to verify. Once you pay the verification fee of $5, you will have the Verified Seller seal added beside your username site-wide.
Becoming verified is not required by Bidswamp, however it is recommended.
